It definitely works. My bloating went down as well as my muffin top. My bowels increased with drinking the tea and more water which helped with my irregular bowel movement. I love this tea I have tried others but this is the only one that is really doing the job that I needed to do.. The detox is real and let's not talk about those stubborn part of your stomach that just won't go down that is now flatting out a little at a time that's a plus

It was a great release with ease. I even tried two teas on day two and it was a easy release. Not alot of stomache pain. I also didn't have to worry about going all day. It was a great experience.
